Next Lab: March 2026

  • Teams of 1-3, total batch of max 20 people per location

The Lab incubates projects that align with our mission to create games played by as many as possible and remembered forever. After the AI Lab, you may become a new Supercellian game team, raise funding from Supercell, or join our team as a new hire.

For who?

You need a clear existing idea or a project you’ve already worked on. While we don’t rule out not-started projects, you need to be able to convince us of your project’s potential. What counts is the clarity of your vision.

Ambitious, creative visionaries with high ownership, dreaming to launch their own gaming product. Relentless dreamers and fearless builders obsessed with a mission of reshaping the entertainment industry.

You may be an individual or a team of max 3 people. You must be able to execute with the team you have when the program starts.

FAQ

  • The AI Lab is an 8 week incubator program where founders build novel AI x gaming products with Supercell’s support, culminating in an internal Demo Day to Supercell. Selected teams will have opportunities to continue partnering closely with Supercell after the conclusion of the batch.

  • The only requirement to join the AI Lab is that you are able to be physically present for the entire program in the location that you choose.

  • Everyone who is participating must be physically present for the duration of the program. If only a part of your team can make it, we can take it into consideration.

  • Participation is free - we don’t ask for any equity to join the Lab. However, participation in the program does not guarantee investment.

  • No catch. You own your project in full and we want to support you on your path, wherever it takes you.

  • Few selected teams are offered a place to continue with Supercell to become a new game team. Supercell may also invest or offer to hire you.

  • Applications for the AI Innovation Lab are currently closed. Please join our Discord to get the latest updates about when applications open for the next batch.
